1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between goood11 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses, registers on, or makes use of any service offered at goood11.net and its associated sub-domains or mobile interfaces. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete legal agreement governing your relationship with goood11.

By ticking the acceptance checkbox during the registration process, by logging into an existing goood11 account, or simply by browsing the goood11 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms. If you are accessing goood11 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

goood11 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion and without prior notice. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To open and maintain a goood11 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains open:

• You are at least 18 years of age. goood11 operates a strict 18+ policy with zero exceptions. Players aged under 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or wagering on the platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing goood11 as an individual acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not acting as an agent, affiliate, reseller, or any kind of intermediary for another person for the purpose of gambling on the goood11 platform.
• You are of sound mind and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a goood11 employee, unless explicit written permission has been granted by goood11 management.

goood11 takes its obligations regarding the protection of minors extremely seriously. We conduct age verification checks as part of the account registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Where there is any reasonable doubt about a player's age, goood11 will suspend the account and request documentary proof of age before permitting any further activity. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player prior to age verification may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

As part of our commitment to security and fair play, goood11 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be requested at any time to provide supporting documentation including, but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method (screenshot of bKash/Nagad account, front of debit or credit card). 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

There is no upper deposit limit for standard account tiers, though higher-value transactions may trigger enhanced verification procedures in accordance with our KYC policy. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing times.

• Withdrawals cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on the receiving payment account must match the name on the goood11 account exactly.
• Any deposit that is reversed, charged back, or otherwise recalled by your payment provider after your goood11 wallet has been credited will result in the deduction of the corresponding amount from your balance. If the deduction results in a negative balance, goood11 reserves the right to suspend account access until the balance is settled.
• goood11 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. In the event that a fee must be levied — for example, on repeated same-day withdrawal requests — this will be communicated clearly before the transaction is confirmed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

The following general rules apply to all goood11 bonus offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual bonus terms:

• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only, on their first qualifying deposit. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including by opening a second account — will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly at the point of promotion.
• goood11 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice if it has reason to believe the offer is being abused, exploited, or used fraudulently.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of their use on the goood11 platform under the specified bonus terms.
• Where a maximum win cap applies to a bonus offer, the cap will be clearly stated in the bonus terms. Any winnings accumulated using bonus funds that exceed the stated cap may be removed from the player's account.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

goood11 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk wagers to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, using betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus mechanics, or coordinating bonus claims across multiple accounts. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have its bonus balance removed, any associated winnings forfeited, and its account suspended or permanently closed.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

• Players must not engage in any form of collusion with other players, dealers, or goood11 staff for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Players must not engage in any activity that constitutes match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt wagering practice in relation to cricket or any other sporting event offered on the goood11 platform.

goood11 reserves the right to review any bet or series of bets that it considers suspicious, irregular, or potentially in breach of these fair play rules. Where a breach is found, goood11 may void the relevant bets, withhold associated winnings, and suspend or close the account in question without prior notice.

7 Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the fair play rules set out in Section 6, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the goood11 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, their balance withheld pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds onto the goood11 platform.
• Money laundering: Using the goood11 platform as a vehicle for laundering funds obtained through illegal means. goood11 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Identity fraud: Registering a goood11 account using another person's identity, personal information, or payment details.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to access or use your goood11 account, or accessing another player's account without their explicit consent and goood11's knowledge.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with your bank or payment provider after a valid deposit has been credited to your goood11 wallet and used for gameplay.
• Harassment or abuse: Using any communication channel on or associated with goood11 — including live chat, email, or support ticketing — to harass, threaten, or abuse goood11 staff or other players.
• Hacking or interference: Attempting to access, alter, or disrupt goood11's servers, databases, source code, or any part of its technical infrastructure without authorisation.
• Commercial exploitation: Promoting, reselling, or commercialising any goood11 service, game, or content without written permission from goood11 management.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

goood11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in prohibited conduct, has provided false information during registration or KYC verification, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Players also have the right to request voluntary self-exclusion or account closure at any time by contacting the goood11 support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Self-exclusion options available to players include cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, as well as longer self-exclusion periods of 3 months, 6 months, or permanent self-exclusion. Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by goood11 — the following procedures apply:

• Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their most recently verified withdrawal method, provided that no active investigation is underway and no outstanding verification requirements remain unfulfilled.
• Bonus balances and any winnings generated exclusively from bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Additional Provisions

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, goood11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the goood11 platform. goood11's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to goood11 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property: All content on the goood11 platform — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of goood11 or its content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of goood11.

Third-Party Game Providers: Games on the goood11 platform are provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. While goood11 takes all reasonable steps to ensure the quality and fairness of third-party content, it cannot be held responsible for technical faults, errors, or interruptions originating within a third-party game engine or streaming infrastructure.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the goood11 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and goood11 with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings (whether written or oral) relating to the same subject matter.
